The Board of Directors Meeting & Installation of Officers Breakfast took place on Friday morning where the 2015-2016 officers were installed. Congratulations to the 2015-2016 HBAG Senior Officers, leadership, and award recipients!

The Home Builders Association of Georgia recently held the 2015 Fall Board Meeting & 60th Anniversary Celebration at the Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

On Thursday, members attended productive committee meetings such as Associates Council, Budget and Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Governmental Affairs. The meetings are open to every HBA member, and their attendance and participation at the meetings is encouraged. The meetings led up to the Board of Directors meeting and Annual Meeting of the Membership, as well as the Installation of Officers Ceremony on Friday morning.

A special luncheon was sponsored by Atlanta Gas Light Company. HBAG was honored to have Scott Shellar, Construction Education Foundation of Georgia (CEFGA), speak at the luncheon on the upcoming CEFGA CareerExpo and SkillsUSA event. Members were able to relax and reminisce on 60 years of HBAG memories at the Welcome Reception & Awards Banquet sponsored by Georgia Power Company. HBAGs highest honors were awarded to members and local HBAs while attendees enjoyed a delicious dinner. Georgia Power graciously gave many door prizes away at the end of the evening.
