The GOAL Awards (Georgia Outstanding Association Leadership) are presented to recognize outstanding achievement by local associations in Georgia. Awards for each classification are based on the size of the association. Judging was performed by a combination of HBAG senior officers and past presidents. Classifications are as follows:

• Classification A: 300 members and over

• Classification B: 200-299 members

• ClassificationC:Lessthan199members

• 2015 Best Communication to Members: “Atlanta Housing Economic Trends Report”

HBA of Greater Savannah Awarded for:

• 2015 Best New Project: “1st Annual Diamond Event”

• 2015 Best Non-Dues Revenue Project: “HBA Annual Golf Tournament”

Classification “B”

Greater Columbus HBA Awarded for:

• 2015 Best New Project: “2015 Golden Hammer Award”

• 2015 Best Education Program: “Two birds with one stone”

Classification “C”

HBA of South Georgia Awarded for:

• 2015 Best New Project: “Showcase Home Project”

• 2015 Best Membership/Recruitment Program: “Showcase Home Project”

• 2015 Best Education Program: “It’s Evident that Education Exudes Excellence”
